Effective date: January 1, 2026. Applies to all use of the website at hudsonconcretecompany.com and all services provided by Hudson Concrete.
By accessing or using the Hudson Concrete website at hudsonconcretecompany.com or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Hudson Concrete, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Hudson Concrete provides concrete contracting services, including but not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, pool decks, steps, garage floors, decorative and stamped concrete, and related concrete work. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in our service area. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
All estimates provided by Hudson Concrete are based on information available at the time of the on-site visit. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. An estimate is not a final contract. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Prices may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those assessed at the time of the estimate, including but not limited to unforeseen underground obstructions, soil conditions requiring additional preparation, or changes to the project scope requested by the customer. Any changes to scope will be communicated in writing before additional work is performed.
Project start dates are scheduled based on contractor availability, permit approval, and weather conditions. Concrete work cannot be safely performed when ambient temperatures fall below approximately 40 degrees Fahrenheit, during heavy precipitation, or under other adverse conditions. Hudson Concrete reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather or other conditions outside our control. We will notify you promptly if a reschedule is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a fee to cover mobilization and material costs already incurred. Any applicable cancellation fee will be specified in the written service agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement for each project. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins and a final payment upon project completion. Accepted payment methods are specified in your service agreement.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement. In the event of non-payment, Hudson Concrete reserves the right to pursue collection through all legal means available, including filing a mechanics lien on the property where services were performed, as permitted under New Hampshire law. The customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
Where required by local ordinance or state law, Hudson Concrete will obtain applicable permits before commencing work. The cost of permits is typically included in the written estimate or will be specified as a line item. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property is free of easements, deed restrictions, or homeowner association rules that would prohibit the planned work. We are not responsible for delays caused by permit processing times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hudson Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided or the use of our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Hudson Concrete is not liable for damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to underground utilities not identified before excavation, pre-existing structural conditions, acts of nature, or freeze-thaw damage that occurs after the conclusion of our warranty period.
Hudson Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards. Any warranty specific to your project will be detailed in your written service agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, all workmanship warranties are void if the completed work is subjected to conditions beyond normal use, including vehicle loads exceeding the design specification, chemical application (such as rock salt), or physical alteration by parties other than Hudson Concrete.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation. Any legal action arising from these terms or from our services must be filed in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in New Hampshire. The prevailing party in any such action may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees as determined by the court.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Hampshire.
Hudson Concrete reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
